Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund on products within 14 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods. Caracter cu Caracter is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 10 business days minus the costs of initial shipping.

We ship in Romania and internationally in most destinations. We also offer the option to pick-up the order for our studio in Bucharest.

Items shipped outside of EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through Bianca Dumitrascu’s Shop. Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
